On October 2, 2023, in Moscow, the Patriarchal Exarch of African Metropolitan Leonid of Klin, held a working meeting with the representatives of the ANO “World Youth Festival Directorate” Alina Mamaeva and Ivan Gusakov.
In March 2024, according to the decree of the President of Russia V.V. Putin, the World Youth Festival will be held in Sochi.
“There are quotas for the participation of the African youth. The project is serious and influential. We discussed the details of the upcoming cooperation,” Metropolitan Leonid of Klin wrote in his telegram channel.
