On December 6, a meeting took place at the Department for External Church Relations (DECR) of the Moscow Patriarchate between Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, Chairman of the DECR; Metropolitan Konstantin of Zaraisk, the Patriarchal Exarch of Africa, and the Vicar of the Exarchate, Bishop Euthymius of Lukhovitsy.
The participants of the meeting discussed matters related to the development of the Russian Orthodox Church’s activities on the African continent.
