Patriarchal Exarchate of Africa has published a service book in Malagasy

A service book in Malagasy has been published for the clergy of the South African Diocese of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Africa in the Republic of Madagascar.

The translation and editing were carried out by the dean, Father Nikolai Ramaroson, Father Makary Ratojonantenaina, Father Vasily Randrianaivo, and Father Alexiy Lalatiana under the guidance of the assistant to the Exarch for religious education and catechization, Archpriest Tigriy Khachatryan.

The service books were printed in Kursk at the “Publishing House VIP” printing house, reports the website of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Africa.

As Father Alexiy reported, copies of the new edition have already been handed over to the local priests. Thus, on October 17, at the parish of Saint Nectarios in the city of Mahajanga, Father Vasily Randrianaivo and Father Nectarios Andriamanana celebrated the Liturgy in their native language using the new service book.
