On the Memorial Saturday before Pentecost, Metropolitan Konstantin celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Parish of the Holy Myrrh-Bearing Women in Hurghada

On May 30, 2026, on the Memorial Saturday before Pentecost, the Patriarchal Exarch of Africa, Metropolitan Konstantin of Cairo and North Africa, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Parish of the Holy Myrrh-Bearing Women in Hurghada (Egypt).

His Eminence was concelebrated by the parish rector, Archpriest Alexiy Mashkov.

At the end of the Liturgy, His Eminence celebrated a memorial service for all Orthodox Christians who have fallen asleep in the Lord throughout the ages.

Metropolitan Konstantin then addressed the congregation with an archpastoral message.

The Exarch presented the parish rector, Archpriest Alexiy, with a decorated pectoral cross. His Eminence also presented letters of gratitude to active parishioners.

In addition, all participants in the service received small icons in memory of the event.
